Natural Health and Well Being Centre offering a wide range of Complementary and Therapeutic treatments as well as Classes in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation, Dance, Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Metamorphic Technique, CranioSacral Therapy etc.
Inner Space is a high quality venue for courses, workshops, meetings, group-work, therapies, treatments, exhibitions, art, music, dance and drama sessions.
It has two well-equipped studios which are pleasant, peaceful and versatile. The main studio (33’x24’) with its sound insulation, acoustic ceiling, variety of lighting and beautiful maple floor makes an ideal teaching space whilst the small studio (14’6”x10’6”) provides for smaller groups or individual treatments.
The centre is equipped with treatment couches, yoga mats, cushions, mattresses, chairs, tables, etc. There is also a kitchen, seating and changing area.
